Steven Lippa

Assistant Vice President, Project Manager

Steven’s number one priority is to be your single point of contact, handling all aspects of your project with First American. From assisting with documentation to vendor correspondence, he will devote himself to simplifying the process and providing excellent customer service.  

Steven received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. After graduating, he spent an extended period of time traveling through Asia and Europe.

Before joining First American, Steven worked in customer service at Wegmans Food Markets, receiving the company’s “Who We Are” Award for exhibiting incredible customer service.

Steven currently lives in Rochester, NY.
